We stayed in The Cottage for a weekend Birthday getaway and had the most relaxing and enjoyable time. Location is actually perfect to all of downtown Dunedin and plenty to do and see in a great walkable town. The pool area was tranquil, restful, and peaceful. The oasis of the garden areas was lush, tropical, and beautifully maintained. The Cottage had everything we needed, was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and sheets were luxurious. We will definitely be coming back.

Wife and I stayed midweek for just a quick anniversary getaway. The property was well maintained, charming and in a perfect location. The traditional room was clean, well decorated and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The staff and ownership obviously put a lot into providing a great guest experience. Even with multiple guest room son the property. , it was quiet and felt as though we were the only guests there. We will definitely be back to stay again in the future.

Great place for a getaway. Right in downtown Dunedin...feels like a retreat. Garden Suite has a porch and a quiet place to relax. Like to go to Caladesi Island which is a close drive away. Would definitely come back again!

This is our second visit and it is delightful. Very clean. Great location. Comfortable. Love the pool. Overall a great place to stay.

Fabulous little hotel in the very best location in Dunedin. Meanwhile Dunedin seems to be the best little town in this part of Florida. Great bars and restaurants nearby. Great beaches etc. The hotel is amazing. We had a huge room. Pool was fabulous. Local bars had music, but everything stopped at 10 pm, so no disturbance to sleep. I really can't recommend this place highly enough.

Super convenient! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Meranova! Located in the heart of Dunedin, Meranova provided the perfect location for walking about town, shopping, dining and brewery hopping! We stayed in a unit with a small efficiency kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well appointed. We went to the beach one day and used the cooler, chairs, beach umbrella and towels, all provided by the inn and much appreciated since we flew in from out town. The pool was small but empty and heated, delightful! Initially, I was concerned that it would be noisy given its central location, but the noise level significantly drops after 10:00, even on Saturday. It was great!

Loved our Sea Star "room" which was actually a full size small apartment complete with kitchen, dining area and living room. Great location with easy parking in the lot behind the house. Everything impeccably clean and well-maintained. Ideal for a trip to Dunedin--you'd never have to move your car.
