Are you located in Downtown Dunedin?
Yes! Meranova Guest Inn is located in the heart of Downtown Dunedin, just steps from Main Street and Pioneer Park.
Our walkable location puts you close to locally owned restaurants, cafés, breweries, boutiques, galleries, live music, and the Pinellas Trail. Many of our guests find they can enjoy Downtown Dunedin without needing a car.
Are bike rentals available nearby?
Yes. The Pinellas Trail runs through Downtown Dunedin, and bicycle and e-bike rentals are available nearby. Availability and locations may change, so we recommend checking current options before your stay.
Do I have to enter through a common lobby to reach my room?
No. Each of our accommodations has its own private exterior entrance and private bathroom, offering guests a more private, apartment-style experience.
Rooms vary in size and amenities, with several offering kitchenettes or kitchens and private porches or balconies.
Is Meranova Guest Inn pet-friendly?
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets. Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law.
Do you accommodate children?
No. Meranova Guest Inn is an adults-only property and does not accommodate children.
Is parking available?
Yes. Complimentary parking for one vehicle per room is included with your stay.
We have two parking spaces in front of the property and nine spaces in our private rear parking lot. Free public parking is also available nearby.
Parking and street access may be affected during Downtown Dunedin festivals and special events.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is included with your stay.
Is the pool heated?
Yes. Our pool is heated during cooler weather. Water temperature may vary depending on weather conditions.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on occupancy and housekeeping schedules. Please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Is there a beach at the end of Main Street?
No. Downtown Dunedin is located on St. Joseph Sound, but there is not a traditional swimming beach at the end of Main Street.
Honeymoon Island State Park and Caladesi Island State Park offer beautiful Gulf beaches nearby. Clearwater Beach is also a short drive from Dunedin.
Do you serve breakfast?
Breakfast is not served on the property.
Guests may add breakfast at The Wild Iris Café, conveniently located next door. Breakfast is $35 for two guests and includes one main entrée and one drink (coffee or juice) per person.
