Rental Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully and understand that bookings deposits or payments will be in agreement with these terms.

- Office hours from 8 am-9 pm
- Check-in time is 3 pm, check-out time is by 11 am. Late check-outs will be an additional fee and subject to availability; please inquire.
- Smoking is not permitted on the property.
- Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.
- Service dog owners take full liability for the service animal and assume full responsibility for any damages.
- A non-compliance fee of the above terms will result in a minimum charge of $250 to the credit card on record.
- A $50 cleaning fee will be charged if the unit is heavily used and left in an unacceptable condition.
- Because of Covid, the Meranova Guest Inn is for registered guests only. Please practice social distancing and handwashing while you are on the grounds.
Swimming Pool
- Heated during winter
- For overnight guests only
- Pool hours are dawn to dusk
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult\
- Maximum capacity of 6 guests
- Please shower before entering the pool.
- No running, jumping, or glass containers
- Please practice social distancing in the pool area.
- Guests assume all responsibility while using the pool or any of its equipment.
Reservations
- A confirmation email is required to confirm, cancel, or to change the dates of the reservation.
- A 14-day notice is needed to avoid a 50% penalty of the total booking.
- You must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and be present at check-in.
- The person who registers is legally responsible for the conduct of all occupants.
- Meranova reserves the right to cancel any reservation.
- 50% of the total reservation may be due at the time of the booking, the remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to arrival. Please contact us if exceptions need to be made.
- Refunds will be processed no more than 7 days after the departure date.
- Rates on our website are subject to change without notice, and confirmed booking rates would not be changed.
- No refunds for No shows or early departures after check-in
- All prices are subject to a 13% sales tax, and each reservation will be charged a one-time $15 resort fee.
- Should it become necessary for Meranova Guest Inn to close due to unavoidable circumstances (such as adverse weather, mandatory or voluntary evacuation, travel advisory), we will return the outstanding balance. We will not be responsible for providing lodging elsewhere.
- I agree I will not request a chargeback or credit to my credit card because of noncompliance with these terms.
Damage/Deposit
- The cardholder, and their guests, fully accept any and all damages to the property.
- We are not held accountable for other guests’ actions that might impact your stay.
- We are not responsible for loss or damages of personal belongings, and guests assume responsibility.
- We hope you appreciate the effort and detail that we try to maintain.
- If there is anything we have overlooked, please bring it to our attention while still on the property, allowing us to correct it.
- Travel has changed, and life has become uncertain, we suggest exploring travel insurance so that worries will not interfere with your long-awaited vacation.
