We really enjoyed your Facility! The Key West apartment was impeccably clean and neat. Your house keepers should be commended as they are totally committed to guest comfort. Pool was clean with plenty of towels available. Great location adjacent to downtown.

Three couples went together and stayed in your cottage and in your Caladesi room not sure how they spell that. Everything was very nice and clean. It’s an older facility. I would love to know the history of the place. The pool was small and spotless and had plenty of buildings to shade it in the late afternoon, so it made a wonderfully refreshing stay. The air conditioners worked the ambience was great and the location was terrific. We love going and would love to plan to come again. Thank you so much. It’s right downtown. We had a pub for one night for God sake. And we’re in our 60s and 70s. We had a great time. Life is good. Thank you for a great place

We had a wonderful stay at Meranova Guest Inn. The property is spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located—an easy walk to everything downtown Dunedin has to offer, with convenient access to both the north and south Gulf beaches.

Check-in and check-out were completely seamless, parking was easy, and the entire place has a relaxed, welcoming vibe that makes you feel at home right away.

One small note for fellow travelers, especially if you're looking for absolute silence: Finnegan's nearby can get a bit lively on Saturday nights when the bands are playing. That said, the music wraps up at a reasonable hour and certainly wouldn't keep us from staying here again.

Overall, a fantastic place to experience Dunedin, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

From many beautiful, well manicured garden sitting areas to gorgeously furnished rooms to outrageous shower products and super plush towels/robes the Meranova Inn is a wonderful treasure in a special little town.
The hosts even took care of a request promptly on a holiday.

Dunedin is a very nice town. What makes it even better is staying at the Meranova Guest Inn. Both the rooms and the grounds are really nice, and it is literally steps away from all of the restaurants and shops in town. If you’re spending time in Dunedin, this is a great place to stay.

5 stars!! My mom stayed here and she loved it! The room was spacious, clean and quiet for being right in the downtown area. Also very close to all the restaurants and right next to wild iris cafe.

The Maranova is a beautiful 1910 inn located in one of the most popular and diverse downtowns in Florida. The staff is very responsive and the tropical grounds invite outdoor relaxation. We had a wonderful stay and would encourage anyone to try this place @

We adored staying here!! Perfectly located within walking distance of EVERYTHING! The room was clean and fully stocked with snacks, coffee and even a prosecco! The bed was super comfy too! We walked all over Dunedin, and then enjoyed winding down in the Inn’s pool. We highly recommend staying here!

This is the best place to stay in the best town to stay in if you enjoy a nice getaway within walking distance, multiple restaurants bars and breweries this property is perfectly situated in the middle of everything and the property itself is beautiful rooms are clean comfortable I highly recommend staying here
