My wife and I just stayed a couple of nights for anniversary. We don't live far, but wanted a weekend to ourselves. We booked the Key West suite. It's basically a small apartment; plenty of room for a couple to enjoy for a bit. The bed was probably the most comfortable I've ever been on. This isn't a typical motel and truth be told I enjoyed the freedom of just showing up and "checking in" via text message. The filtered water was a blessing. Other kitchen items if we needed, but didn't. The pool is the perfect size for an establishment of that size. Meranova is perfectly located for those wanting to enjoy Dunedin. It's a short walk, but set just far enough from the main drag to give the illusion of seclusion.

My husband and I stayed in The Cottage Apartment and were extremely satisfied with Meranova Guest Inn. The apartment came with everything we needed throughout our stay. It is by far the most comfortable we have been on a vacation. It was absolutely adorable, staff is extremely friendly and the location is within walking distance to anything you need in Dunedin. Thank you Meranova for helping make our stay one of the best vacations we have ever had.

Meranova was cozy, comfortable, and convenient. We loved our room—the bed was amazing—and the added living room and private patio were a nice bonus. Check in/out was a breeze. Easy walking distance to everything downtown with great restaurants right across the street: Friday night we had our choice of live music at three different spots. We only stayed one night, but the place would be comfortable for an extended stay. We will be back.

We recently celebrated our 23rd anniversary with a staycation at the Meranova Guest Inn in Dunedin from June 2-5, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the property. The inn exudes a cozy charm that made it the perfect retreat for our lazy getaway.
We had the pleasure of staying in both the “Cottage,” which is a lovely standalone space, and the “Key West” room. Each offered unique charm and comfort, providing us with great spaces to relax and unwind. Whether enjoying a cup of coffee on the patio of the Cottage or soaking in the cozy ambiance of the Key West room, we felt right at home.
The amenities were fantastic, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail in the decor and the overall ambiance truly enhanced our experience.
We loved exploring the vibrant local scene in Dunedin and indulging in some delicious meals. Each day was filled with new adventures.
Overall, our stay at the Meranova Guest Inn was exceptional, and we can’t recommend it enough. We will definitely be back soon to relive this wonderful experience! Thank you to the staff for making our anniversary special!

We stayed overnight during the week.
Property is well kept and check-in was easy.
It is downtown Dunedin and within walking distance to multiple restaurants and bars.
Right across the street from Flanagan's Irish pub.
Stayed in Traditional suite (so no balcony), but room was spacious, well decorated, and AC was super cold.
Wild Iris Cafe (next door) has really delicious breakfast.
Would definitely recommend and will be staying again!

My husband and I are locals that wanted a little weekend getaway. We really enjoyed our stay at Meranova Inn. The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The pool was peaceful, private and refreshing. Location was perfect to walk around and explore the shops and restaurants as well as the weekly market! Highly recommend!

A great little oasis Right in the heart of Dunedin. Our room had a kitschy vibe And everything we needed, From our morning, coffee to fluffy white, bathrobes, plenty of towels and all of the amenities.

We enjoyed our 2nd stay at Meranova. They take every little attention to detail to give guests all the comforts (often better than home). We plan to come back again next year, if not brfore. It's right in the center of Downtown Dunedin, accessible to fantastic dining, shopping, great museum, close to gulf & great views. BTW, we recommend it to all our friends.
