Our Location
Dunedin was awarded "Best Walking Town" by "The Walking Magazine" and the Meranova is located in the heart of downtown among all of the best shops, galleries, restaurants, marina and nightly live entertainment.
Our location is also ideal for taking advantage of all Central Florida has to offer. Walt Disney World, Epcot, MGM, Universal Studios, Cypress Gardens and Sea World are an approx. 90 minutes drive, and Busch Gardens, The Pier, Salvador Dali Museum, John's Pass Village, an approx. 45 minute drive, the Tampa International Airport just a 30 minute drive, and the St. Petersburg / Clearwater International Airport a 25 minute drive.

from airport: Exit airport and follow the signs to Rt. 60 West
(Clearwater). Once on 60 merge to the left lanes quickly, as 60 veers
left. Stay on
60 for approx. 17 mi. until you enter downtown Clearwater, where you
will make a right on Ft. Harrison (Alt.19). After 4 mi. Alt. 19 will
turn (90 degrees) to the right and there will be a stop light. Stay in
right lane and go through the stop light and the downtown brick gates.
Proceed forward through one stop, then a light, and then one more stop
sign. At this point, look to your left, that's us, 458 Virginia lane.
Check in and then we will direct you to our parking lot off the alley
in the rear.
