Details and Policies

  • All suites are for 2 persons only.
  • Rates vary depending on suite, season and length of stay. Rates include breakfast but not applicable taxes.
  • Smoking is allowed in limited areas (smoking allowed on grounds, porches, and balconies).
  • We cannot accommodate pets.
  • Limitations on children staying: children over 14 that may occupy their own room.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, MasterCard, Personal checks, Travelers checks, VISA and Discover.
  • Deposit Amount Required: One night deposit for special events and 1 week stays, and 1 week deposit for 1 month stays.
  • Open all year round.
  • Discounts available: Sunday Brunch Plan (7 days, 10 %), Sunday Brunch Plan (30 days, 20 %)
  • Minimum stay required. Minimum 2 nights on weekends, holidays and special events.
  • Check In time is 4:00 P.M. and Check Out time is 11:00 A.M.

Cancellation: Cancellation policies are applicable between 2 weeks and 30 days depending upon particular reservations. For special events, the entire amount may be charged if we are unable to rent the room and the cancellation is within the 2 week period preceding arrival.
