Classically trained in New Orleans, Paris and San Francisco, our chef's mouth watering creations are made from the freshest seasonal ingredients served at your convenience al fresco or in suite.

For special occasions when only the best will do, the Meranova is the ideal setting to host an elegant dinner party or champagne brunch. No detail goes unnoticed: breathtaking table settings, fresh cut flowers, impeccable service and amazing entree's pleasing the most discriminating connoisseurs, delicious works of art that are as beautiful to the eye as they are to the palate.


For guests staying 7 days or longer who have smaller appetites, may be dieting, or simply lighter eaters, we offer a "Sunday Brunch Plan".  This plan omits breakfast except on Sundays, includes a stocked pantry of whole breakfast foods ($50.00 value), and a 10% discount on the unit rates.

The Meranova Guest Inn is a perfect place to take romantic sunset walks or bird watch from the shell filled shores of Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands, rated among the best beaches in the U.S. as well as Clearwater Beach, both only a ten minute drive! Golfers can enjoy one of the three courses located within five miles of the Inn. Bicyclists, joggers, and skaters can lose themselves on the 46 mile scenic Pinellas Trail just one block from the Inn. Recreational Activities also include the Sponge Docks and an abundance of antique shops in Tarpon Springs, the winter home of the Toronto Blue Jays champion baseball team, and water sports rentals on St. Josephs Sound.
